# Week#24 MCP content nuggets

Not many links this week. I usually watch and read content during lunch or in the evenings, but this week we were heads down hacking at the ClickFunnels Atlanta office.

The day before the hackathon, I dug some MCP server content. The last MCP server that I helped build went out to customers about a year ago. Back then, there was barely any video content and most of the written content was awful (I even wrote about this). A year forward now, there are some really strong talks and articles on MCP design. [https://modelcontextprotocol.io/](https://modelcontextprotocol.io/) has gotten much stronger and is a go-to resource for many questions. The general hinge is still towards less well-picked MCP protocol features (tools, resources, etc.) and multi-workflow tools. LLM eval testing and iterative development before releasing.

There seemed to be an MCP content rush 12-6 months ago, and since then it has gotten pretty quiet; I would assume the protocol is somewhat stable at this point for what it does.

Doesn't look like they have been updated since then, but I think this is generally the current state: there is rarely any MCP design content newer than ~10 months.
