If you are subscribed for a bit longer, you might remember that I ditched my RichStoneIO blog not so long ago. Now, you might also know that I'm a serial blog killer and that was my fourth in the series since I started writing publicly (AD 2011). When I killed my blog I did not think I would start writing as early as 4.5 months later. Then, there was a spark of an idea. I wanted to help fellow devs not lose themselves in the mess of content and opportunities to do things right and wrong. So I wanted to write about what I experience and learn week to week during my work, side experiments and lunch video sessions. I didn't know where that new content series would go. But I like to follow the sparks before I know, so the new blog quickly landed on my personal domain under richsteinmetz.com with the tool I'm used to so I can start writing with it in a few minutes anytime: Ghost.
Just a couple of months passed and ClickFunnels, the software I work on day to day, shipped ginormous updates becoming the perfect platform for me to write and operate on. My Ghost would still be fine to get posts out quickly. But I prefer my stuff to look at least somewhat unique, so I'd need to go fish for a fancy template which usually costs $100+ which is not really justified for a "not-sure-where-this-blog-goes" project, money-wise and search-energy-wise. And having my blog/newsletter connected to the all-in-one ClickFunnels business and marketing infrastructure which I'm also dog fooding on is just win-win-win.
The project ideas grew into something bigger, so ClickFunnels seemed to be the perfect place for it. I (i.e. the robots) ran a few experiments and everything seemed seamless. I can't speak about the entire architecture right now because some of it is still ClickFunnels Alpha/Beta, but the point is that there are no boundaries anymore to what you can build in terms of structure, design, HTML and interactivity and seamlessly connecting them to infrastructure that can help manage communications, operations, purchases. All managed by agents who you can ping to refine steadily. I don't know if I'm overreaching, but I don't see a world where I would need to ever go back paying for a static site generator. My agents built their own, and I haven't really noticed until I was curious how we are working here now :D

I've recently finished reading Hormozi's $100M Offers. The main point is that to achieve great things in business you must have a Grand Slam Offer that moves your customers forward. The fun kinda useful SaaS that you build might not be that offer. The end result and the path for your customers is the offer, that bespoken software might just be one of the vehicles (part of the bundle).
The new rAIls.builders cohort "Continuous Edition" is projected to start in a bit, and I wish we'll agree to make a book reading part of it using a collaborative book club app (readwith.app). I'd be in for a re-read of $100M, since I was reading faster than implementing so it won't hurt to go through it again until all of the elements are implemented.
