How to choose Career costs the same $97/mo as Community, plus a one-time $200 seat reservation. The $200 comes back if the career goal (a signed offer) isn't reached within 6 months, and you can ask for it back anytime before that, no questions asked. When you do sign, you pay a one-time success fee: 40% of your first month's salary increase. Example: 10k/mo to 15k/mo means a $2,000 fee, once. Aligned by design: we only earn when you do. Ten seats. If you just want the room and the reps, Community is right there, and you can upgrade while seats last. Either way: deciding under uncertainty is the job. Consider this your first rep.
