How to choose Career costs the same $97/mo as Community, plus a one-time $200 seat reservation. The $200 comes back if the career goal (a signed offer) isn't reached within 6 months, and you can ask for it back anytime before that, no questions asked. When you do sign, you pay a one-time success fee: 30% of your first month's salary increase. Example: 10k/mo to 15k/mo means a $1,500 fee, once. Aligned by design: we only earn when you do. Five initial seats. If you just want the room and the reps, Community is right there, and you can upgrade while seats last.
Both plans are vetted. After payment we book a 20-minute intro chat; if we're not the right room for you, you or we say so and refund you. No hard feelings, no questions.
